LT Cockrill is a 2022 C/3B, MIF with a 5-10 175 lb. frame from Las Vegas, NV who attends Centennial. Ran a 7.34-second sixty-yard dash. Primary catcher with a meidum frame and build that has present strength in the lower half. Has quick feet and athletic actions behind the plate, moving with swift movements and replacing the feet well. Has accurate arm strength to the bag with a short arm stroke, posting a 1.94-second pop time. Right-handed hitter that has a wide and even base. Starts with a high back elbow and loads with a simple leg lift trigger. Has a simple approach with a line drive barrel plane, swinging with intent to drive the ball to middle of the field and pull-side. Flashes some good jump off the barrel in both game action and batting practice as well. Good student. Named to 2020 Sunshine West Showcase, Top Prospect List.
