Armando Guirola is a 2022 OF/1B with a 5-11 176 lb. frame from Saint Cloud, FL who attends Home School. Medium athletic build with some present strength and room for plenty more. 6.70 runner in the sixty. Has easy athleticism in the outfield with good actions through the ball, showed a quick release on his throws with a fluid arm stroke and plenty of carry on his throws from a higher arm slot. Right handed hitter, hits from a straight stance with a limited lower half shift into contact, can use his lower half more to help drive his swing, has fast hands and develops good bat speed, works gap to gap and good extension through contact for some carry. Projects well as a hitter with additional strength and some adjustments. Good student. Named to the WWBA Workout Showcase Top Prospect List.
