Blake Stowe is a 2019 RHP/MIF, OF with a 5-11 168 lb. frame from Loganville, GA who attends Loganville. Medium frame with present strength to the build and more room to fill moving forward. Ran a 6.97 second 60 yard dash. Primary righthanded pitcher, overhead windup that begins delivery with a side step up to a high leg lift, loose arm action up to a low ¾ slot mostly but will drop down to submarine and sidearm at times, coils wrist at take back but the arm works, stays tall on his backside before getting good use of his lower half driving off of the rubber. Fastball topped out at 83 mph while staying mostly straight but also flashing varying life to either arm or glove side, showed feel for a pair of breaking balls, maintains velocity well. Secondary middle infielder, good footwork rounding off the baseball with smooth hands out in front, quick exchange from glove to hand and a quick release when needed, similar arm strength to on the mound. Righthanded hitter, generates power to the swing from a good weight shift into contact, looseness to his stroke getting extended nicely, keeps his hands back when needed and explodes into contact, has the ability to turn the barrel over and work from gap to gap.
