William Pearson is a 2020 RHP/SS with a 6-1 155 lb. frame from Watkinsville, GA who attends North Oconee. Medium and lean frame with room to fill in due time. Only pitched at the event, righthanded pitcher, athletic and slight crossfire delivery, long arm action up to a high 3/4 arm slot mostly, will vary arm angles for additional deception, comes to his balance point bending at the waist, some lower half involvement but could could get more drive from back leg, produces solid extension out in front. Fastball has sinking action when thrown from lower arm slot, the pitch topped out at 82 mph, curveball showed multiple variations depending on slot, mostly 11-to-5 shape with some depth, changeup has sinking action as well, worked three nice innings getting lots of groundball contact.
