Will Dorrell is a 2021 OF/IF with a 6-3 175 lb. frame from Rock Hill, SC who attends Northwestern. Large frame with good projection. Recorded a 7.12 second 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, worked out in the outfield with good footwork to and through the ball, ranges well to either side, balanced and comfortable in the overall actions, gets rid of it well with accuracy and developing arm strength clocked up to 83 mph on throws into the infield. Left-handed hitter, starts slightly open with a narrow base, coils well into his hips on the load, good movement patterns to get the barrel head out front, quick hands generates good bat speed through the zone, good impact off the barrel with carry to either gap. Good student.
