2020 Top Prospects

Cristian Perez  C - 2020 - Greenwich, CT
St. Peter's

Perez has some big power at the dish as the St. Peter's commit registered the highest exit velocity of the day with a 97 mph exit velocity. He's got plenty of strength and righthanded bat speed with carry off the barrel and some catch-and-throw skills as well.

Kyle Sharkey  1B - 2020 - Seaford, NY
Uncommitted

Sharkey has a smooth lefthanded stroke and is an intriguing uncommitted prospect with size and strength. He generates good leverage with a consistent swing that shows off good barrel control.


2021 Top Prospects

Mark Capell  RHP - 2021 - Morganville, NJ
Yale

Capell's arm strength was notable as he topped out at 92 mph from the outfield, 91 mph from the infield, and 88 mph on the mound. He's a strong, athletic kid with a very good arm and plenty of offensive tools to indicate upside.

Justin Burrows  OF - 2021 - Fort Washington, MD
Uncommitted

Burrows showed a couple of loud tools as the athletic prospect has excellent arm strength that was recorded up to 92 mph from the outfield. He's got room to add strength with a loose, easy stroke offensively that projects for more impact as he adds strength and size.

Joe Skapinetz  RHP - 2021 - Far Hills, NJ
Lafayette

Skapinetz is a talented two-way prospect as he ran his fastball up to 86 mph with good sink and feel for three pitches. He's a lefthanded slugger too with power that plays to all fields.

Daniel Kanagy  RHP - 2021 - McAlisterville, PA
Charleston (West Virginia)

Kanagy was very impressive as a two-way prospect as he was up to 85 mph on the mound with a good breaking ball while showing good offensive skills. He's got whippy bat speed and his power is notable as he leverages to pull the ball and create pull side power.

Jason Rivera  OF - 2021 - Smithsburg, MD
Mount St. Mary`s

Committed to Mount St. Mary's, Rivera showed off the tools with a strong frame, sub-7.00 second 60, and 87 mph throws from the outfield. He has a smooth lethanded stroke that can generate hard hit line drives and offers a nice package of projection.

Ty Sallie  OF - 2021 - Parsippany, NJ
New Jersey Tech

Sallie is a very good athlete as he registered the top 60-yard dash of the event with a 6.72 mark and that showed on the defensive side of the ball with good actions. He handles the barrel nicely and is able to create line drives across the field.

Josh Keevan  LHP - 2021 - Holden, MA
Massachusetts at Lowell

Keevan showed intriguing two-way potential over the weekend as he's a lefty who works with good angle in the low-80s while showing good tools from the right side of the plate. He creates a good amount of deception from a lower arm slot while he keeps it short at the plate with good strength off the barrel.

Jack Lincoln  3B - 2021 - Lincoln University, PA
Bradley

Lincoln is a large, physical prospect with a strong 6-foot-2, 200-pound frame. He's got arm strength that plays in the low-80s across the diamond while offensively he'a able to generate considerable impact and elevate the ball with carry to the pull side.

Daniel Perez  SS - 2021 - Greenwich, CT
Manhattan

Perez showed pretty good defensive instincts up the middle with quality arm strength to back up the looseness and agility in the field. Offensively, he has a loose stroke with good loft to the swing plane that projects to hit for power as he continues to fill out.

Patrick Dalton  RHP - 2021 - Bethpage, NY
SUNY-Cortland

With a fastball in the low-80s, Dalton has a compact arm stroke and a fastball that gets heavy sinking life. He shows good command to either side of the plate and was able to get a couple of empty cuts on his tight breaking curveball that shows good shape.


2022 Top Prospects

Daniel Barbero Jr.  SS - 2022 - Loudonville, NY
Uncommitted

Barbero Jr. showed some loud tools over the weekend as the shortstop threw 91 mph across the diamond and showed off some of the better offensive tools of the event. He's got very whippy bat speed and the arm strength backs up the defensive chops as he's a high ceiling, uncommitted prospect.

Billy Steele  RHP - 2022 - Shoreham, NY
Army

Steele is a wiry, athletic lefthanded hitting catcher with a smooth swing and showed some catch and throw tools behind the dish. He's quick throughout the motion while he torques his hips well to hit the ball hard to both gaps.

Vincent Licor  3B - 2022 - Morris Plains, NJ
Stevenson University

Licor is a large, physical prospect at a listed 6-foot-1, 195-pound and showed off significant offensive polish. With a loose, easy stroke he remains balanced to drive the ball to both parts of the field with low effort actions.

Nicholas Rappa  RHP - 2022 - Kenilworth, NJ
Uncommitted

Rappa is an intriguing prospect on the mound as the righthander worked his fastball up to 83 mph with a loose, whippy arm stroke. He generates very good life while also showing a sharp slider and there's upside as he contniues to fill out and add strength.

Leyton Pulsipher  SS - 2022 - East Moriches, NY
Central Connecticut State

Pulsipher has a large, physical build with a pretty well-rounded skillset with some degree of polish on both sides of the ball. He allows himself to get extended and impact the ball nicely to the pull side while he showed an arm that was up to 82 mph across the diamond.


2023 Top Prospects

Braden Connors  C - 2023 - Wyckoff, NJ
Holy Cross

Connors was one of the better in-game performers of the event as his extended lefthanded swing has plenty of juice with barrel skills to match. He also showed the best catch-and-throw skills of the event with a 74 mph arm and the best pop time of 2.06 seconds while the physicality is impressive for a freshman in high school.

Andrew (AJ) Poole  1B - 2023 - McLean, VA
University of Mary Washington

Poole is a physical prospect for a 2023 at a listed 6-foot-2, 190-pounds and showed off one of the best arms of the event with 88 mph throws from the outfield. He generates good drive through his lower half with impressive bat speed from the right side of the plate as well.

Robbie Carvelli  OF - 2023 - Flemington, NJ
Lehigh

Carvelli showed nice foundational tools to build off for a freshman as he ran a 7.10 second 60-yard dash time and threw 82 mph across the diamond. He has a nice, simple stroke offensively with good bat to ball skills and creates hard line drive contact to both sides of the field.
