Batting Practice Highlights

Chris Graff (2026 C, Moosic, PA) displayed impressive bat speed and feel for the barrel during his round. The athletic, lean 2026 Grad gets on-plane early and generates tons of torque with his lower half. He showcased sound barrel awareness and has budding power potential. 

Anthony Lino (2024 C, Millstone, NJ) impressed throughout his round with his ability to find the barrel often. He stays short and direct with his hands, has plenty of present bat speed and used the entire field effectively. 

Benjamin Belliss (2024 1B, Menands, NY) put together an impressive round, as the physical right-handed hitting first baseman uses his strong lower half extremely well to generate tons of present bat speed. He displayed good feel for the barrel and has legitmate power to all fields. 

Ryan Williams (2025 1B, Absecon, NJ) showed off his physicality by launching several balls during his round. The 2025 first baseman implores an intent based swing with loose hands and plenty of present bat speed. He has good feel for the barrel and projects for more power moving forward. 

Vincent Favata (2024 OF, Syosset, NY) was consistent throughout his round, as the twitchy 2024 Grad displayed a loose, leveraged stroke with explosive hand speed and feel for the barrel. He delivers the barrel on-time and has some gap-to-gap power. 

Michael Marchese (2025 OF, Staten Island, NY) showed a simple, repeatable stroke with things to project on moving forward. He stays short and direct with his movements, produces plenty of present bat speed and has good feel for the barrel. 

Jacob Angell (2023 OF, St Lazare, QC) put his strength on display during his round, as the physical right-handed hitting OF impacted the baseball with authority from gap-to-gap. He used the entire field effectively and has legitimate usable power. 

Andrew Delcollo (2023 3B, Chadds Ford, PA) displayed an intriguing overall hit tool with power projection to match. He implores a simple, repeatable stroke with tons of present bat speed and good feel for the barrel. 

Alex Bersani (2025 SS, Ocean City, NJ) impressed throughout his round with his ability to turn the barrel over quickly. He impacted the baseball with authority well to all fields and has sound barrel awareness. 

Christopher Ahrens (2025 OF, Medford, NJ) put together an impressive round, as right-handed hitting 2025 Grad produced several well-struck line drives throughout his round. He generates a ton of separation and has some whip to his barrel. 

Phillip Taylor (2025 LHP, Bethlehem, PA) produced loud impact frequently throughout his round. He generates a ton of present bat speed and used the entire field well. The 2025 left-handed hitter creates tons of carry and has legitimate power to the pullside. 

Jake Cagna (2025 2B, Egg Harbor Township, NJ) found the barrel often throughout his round. The left-handed hitting 2025 Grad whips the barrel through the zone with plenty of present bat speed and has advanced bat-to-ball skills. 

Jackson McBride (2024 OF, Etna, NH) put together perhaps the loudest round of the day, as the left-handed hitting 2024 OF generates easy bat speed and tons of strength at impact. He uses his lower half extremely well and has good adjustability with his barrel. 


Game Highlights

2/5/2023

Phillip Taylor (2025 LHP, Bethlehem, PA) established his presence early both on the bump, punching out all six batters he faced, and at the plate. The 5-foot-11 185-pound lefty displayed favorable command with strength present in the frame, filling up the zone early in counts. His productive fastball, sitting in the upper-70s, allowed him to mix in his slider with horizontal tilt well, which came in at 70 mph consistently. He also displayed value on the offensive end with a lead-off single to left-center field.

Rashid McLeod (2024 SS, Baltimore, MD) turned and burned on a pitch left over the middle for a hard hit single to LF in his first plate appearance. The athletic 6-foot-2 175 pound UT prospect has shown both offensive and defensive tools over the course of his event with flashes of bat speed at the dish.

Koki Maezawa (2026 RHP, Port Washington, NY) showcased a simple repeatable approach at the dish, turning velocity around to send a shot back up the middle. The young framed 5-foot-9 155 pound righty used the full frame well to create drive and has developing power that will continue to become more prominent in the future.

Maximus Mullins (2024 3B, Middletown, DE) produced a solid inning of work, relying heavily on his fastball which consistently sat in the low-80s. The 6-foot-1 205-pound right-hander displayed drive and urgency through his lone frame on the hill, where he struck out one batter.

Caden Deegan (2025 1B, Bethlehem, PA) struck out the side in his one inning on the mound, showing off his impressive four-pitch mix. The long 6-foot-3 220-pound righty showcased effortless velocity and developing command with his fastball, which appeared in the low-80s and topped out at 83 mph.

Anthony Depetro (2025 C, Staten Island, NY) displayed a sweet line drive approach during his 1st AB of the day, stroking a single over 2B to get on the stat sheet. The physically developing 5-foot-7 150 pound lefty has evident contact tool with juice potential coming in the future.

John Delgadillo (2025 C, Bronx, NY) demonstrated his quick bat speed at the plate, smoking a liner to center field for a base hit. The lofty 6-foot-4 205 pound sophomore showed effortless bat-to-ball skills with his promising stature.

Alex Bersani (2025 SS, Ocean City, NJ) pitched an efficient inning to close out the game for his squad, primarily using a FB/SL mix to keep hitters off balance and generate swing and miss. The 5-foot-10 170 pound righty challenged in the zone and wasn’t afraid to elevate up to 80 mph, sequencing the SL by successfully front dooring righties on the hands.

Andrew Delcollo (2023 3B, Chadds Ford, PA) pitched effectively in his two productive innings on the bump. The 6-foot-1 185-pound St. Peter’s commit showcased high energy and impressive velocity with his fastball, ranging from 85-87 mph. The promising senior worked in his slider successfully, which ranged upwards of 2600 rpm with tons of horizontal break.

Gavin Ramsi (2024 OF, Vineland, NJ) timed up a fastball well and lined it to the right-center field gap for an extra-base hit. The 5-foot-7 158-pound junior trusted the hands through the zone and generated solid contact to the opposite field, showcasing the ability to hand velo with ease.

Vincent Favata (2024 OF, Syosset, NY) picked out his pitch and crushed it to left-center field, impressing with his lightning bat speed. The 6-foot-1 155-pound junior produced both at the plate and the hot corner, displaying nifty lateral movement and athleticism that translates at all aspects of the game.
