Ethan Holliday, SS, Class of 2025
College Commitment: Oklahoma State

Holliday is a familiar name around Stillwater and the Pokes added another in Ethan Holliday, one of the top bats in the 2025 class who continuously showed off his left-handed hit tool and power throughout the summer circuit. While his older brother and Perfect Game All-American Jackson Holliday has signed his NLI with OSU, the family ties run deeper as Head Coach Josh Holliday is their uncle and their father, long-time MLBer Matt, is also on staff. That said, regardless the last name, he made a name for himself with nearly every swing he took as there’s no denying the bat speed and overall fluidity to his left-handed stroke. He’s already more physical then when we saw Jackson at the 14u level, already listed at 6-foot-2, 165 pounds and while there’s obvious physical projection, the Cowboys’ first commit in the 2025 class already shows the ability to impact and drive the ball to all fields with natural lift through the zone. There’s some versatility when it comes to his defensive profile as well as we saw the Oklahoma native play all over the dirt this past summer, showing a nice internal clock and fluid footwork alongside plenty of arm strength to finish the play from the left side.
