Program History:

“Russell Berman and I started the program because we weren’t too thrilled with the structure and culture of how kids were getting developed and trained in South Florida. We started with one 8u team and have grown the organization to what it is now with over 50 teams across the country and two facilities located in Boca Raton, Florida. We’re still growing at the moment as our oldest team right now is just our 16u team and our players from our 2024 and 2025 teams are currently committing to colleges.” -Stephen Clyne

Scout’s Outlook:

It’s easy to look at the programs that have been around for a while and see why they have so many championships, college commitments or drafted players listed, but what TBT has been able to do in a short time at the young age levels has been nothing short of impressive. The organization almost always brings one of the top teams to the tournament, combining winning experience with prospects more than worthy of being watched by college recruiters. The 2025 group has been a good one at the 13u and 14u level over the last couple of years and will be one of the more fun ones to follow as the 2026s now have begun to make a splash, beginning this fall with a deep run at the 14u World Championship. It makes it easy on us when a team can bring this many high-level prospects together in one lineup and TBT has certainly done that to this point and shows no signs of slowing for the years to come. -Tyler Russo
