Gage Joseph (2024, Milton, Del.) impressed on both sides of the ball this weekend, as the uber-projectable OF/RHP hit .462 (6-for-13) including two home runs and nine runs batted in. The uncommitted 2024 grad also delivered four innings of two-run ball for his squad, striking out six and topping out at 80 mph. At the plate, he implores a long, loose stroke with good leverage out in front and plenty of strength at impact. Joseph consistently delivers the barrel with authority, flashing power potential from gap-to-gap and good adjustability regardless of pitch type or location. On the mound is where the limitless potential may loom the largest, as he has tons of room to add more strength and will certainly continue to add more velocity. The Milton, Del. native shows good feel for spin with the ability to land it for both strikes and manipulate its shape for swings and misses.
