Jack McKernan (2025, Missouri City, Texas) threw four-plus shutout innings on the mound on day three. He didn’t allow a hit in the outing and struck out five. Up-tempo delivery and has some deception to it. His fastball was up to 86 mph and had life to it. His wipeout slider was particularly impressive and generated a ton of whiffs. He showed the ability to mix well and had solid pitchability. The lefty is one of the more polished arms for his class and should continue to be a priority follow.
