We are getting very, very down to the wire as far as the regular season goes within JUCO baseball, at least insofar as the NJCAA schools. Some conference tourneys start this week, even, so we're not far away at all from knowing how at least some of the Grand Junction bracket will look.

No movement at the top this week again as Walters State, Wabash Valley, and Crowder go 1-2-3 once more, sort of establishing themselves in the highest tier of JUCO right now. Cowley moves up from No. 6 to No. 4 overall, their highest rank of the season, with Florence-Darlington right on their heels at No. 5, likewise their highest billing of the season thus far.

The rest of the top-10 features familiar names, to be sure. LSU-Eunice dropped a couple spots but holds at No. 6 overall, while Central Arizona - who has yo-yo'd a bit in a recent weeks - jumps a couple spots to No. 7 and looks towards the postseason. Another week, another climb for Jordan Keur's Lansing club, as they improved to 36-1 and check in at No. 8. EOSC dropped a couple spots but stays in a top-10 at No. 9, and we welcome Johnson County back to the top-10 at No. 10.

The rest of the Top 25 remains somewhat fluid, with lots of smaller up/down movement. Iowa Western at No. 11 finds themselves in their highest-ranked spot of the season, ditto to Dyersburg State at No. 13 and Howard at No. 15. Potomac State rose up four spots to No. 17, their highest ranking of the season in their first season of being ranked in this space at all; what a season for them thus far. John A. Logan righted the ship this week and rose three spots as a result, they are back inside the top-20 at No. 19.

Newcomers this week include Parkland at No. 20. They get a lot of love for their stable of arms, the infamous Parkland PO Mafia, but their offense should be talked about as well, as the team OPS is over 1.000. And for the first time this spring, we welcome Monroe College out of NYC to the Top 25 with a record of 30-5-1.
