Xavier Isaac (2022, Kernersville, N.C.) may not have came away with a hit in this one but the profile is such an impressive one it is hard to ignore. The left-handed hitting first baseman for the Canes just committed to Florida last week and has massive power in his swing. He just got under one fly ball in particular for a very long and towering F9 in the book. Isaac is not just a power hitter though. The hit tool is very strong as he sees spins, recognizes offspeed pitches and adjusts well with both his hands and lower half. He is a very strongly built 6-foot-4 and the bat speed, along with the strength make him one of the most dangerous hitters in the country ranked at No. 18 nationally.
