351. Kamron Fields, rhp, Texas (JR)
R-R, 6-2/190, Garland, Texas
Previously Drafted: Never Drafted

A talented two-way player as a prep, Fields received a fair bit of draft buzz in the spring of 2017, earning rave reviews for his athleticism, tools, and overall projection; with some scouts seeing an impact center field prospect and others seeing a better arm. He’s transitioned to the mound full time over his career at UT, finding a role in the backend of their bullpen nowadays. He’s still inconsistent from a results perspective, but retains loud arm speed and athleticism with a high amount of arm talent.
