Great Plains Region: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota

This was going to be Robert Moore’s Dream Team until the PG All-American re-classified during the late fall so he could enroll early at Arkansas, where he is already starring for the Razorbacks when he could have been waiting for the start of his senior season. A trio of fellow PG All-Americans – righthanders Carter Baumler and Max Carlson and catcher/outfielder Calvin Harris – give the Great Plains Region plenty of senior prospect power without Moore, however.

The real strength of the region appears to be in the junior class, though. Righthander Christian Little and catcher Ian Moller are the second- and third-ranked players overall in the 2021 class, respectfully, and seven juniors overall warrant mention for their skills and tools below.

Regis Jesuit High School, an annual Colorado powerhouse, is the top-ranked team in the region, checking in at 40th in the country. St. John Vianney High School, led by Dream Team middle infielder Brock Daniels, follows in the Top 50 at 48th overall.

C – Ian Moller
Moller is one of the top catching prospects to come through the high school ranks in the last decade and is currently ranked third in the 2021 national rankings. A strong righthanded hitter with power in his bat and elite-level defensive tools, Moller was named the top prospect at the 2019 PG Underclass All-American Games and is committed to Louisiana State.
