We’re coming off a three-year stretch in which the Tar Heels saw Minnesota native Michael Busch flourish during his time in Chapel Hill and ultimately heard his name called at the end of the first round in last June’s draft. The Minnesota-to-North Carolina connection is once again at the forefront of their recruiting class as both of their top two recruits, righthander Max Carlson and shortstop Mac Horvath, comes from the Land of 10,000 Lakes home and are key parts to this 15-man class.

DII/DIII/NAIA Rankings Update: April 10
The updated rankings include the top twenty-five teams in each of the three small school divisions; however, limiting the list to the standard count this week was extremely difficult. There were a solid number of clubs on the outside worthy of inclusion that simply couldn’t be overlooked. As a result, along with the updated Top 25, a special last-team-out gets a special mention - the unofficial 26th team.
