Kendall Lyons is a 2022 RHP/ with a 6-3 220 lb. frame from Gurnee, IL who attends Warren Township. He has a tall frame with a thick, athletic build that has present strength. Primary right-handed pitcher that has a knee to chest leg kick and works down the mound well. He has a long and offline arm action and fires from a 3/4 arm slot. His arm is loose and fast and explodes at release. He has a simple motion that allows him to easily repeat his motion. His fastball is firm and gets on hitters easily due to the low effort mechanics that he uses. His slider is sharp with late bite, generating swings and misses throughout his outing. His curveball also has late and sharp movement with a 12-6 shape that makes it clearly different than his slider. He flashed a nice changeup that had solid depth and faded late in the zone. Named to the 2022 Chicago Indoor Top Prospect List. Very good student.
