Eduardo Beltre is a 2023 OF with a 6-0 165 lb. frame from Santo Domingo, NC. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and a lean build with room to fill throughout moving forward. Ran a 7.08 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder, takes longer strides moving towards the ball, clean glove skills with snatch to his hands, ball comes out of hand cleanly with solid arm strength and carry to the intended base, athleticism plays in actions, accurate throws and repeats movements well. Right-handed hitter, begins with a balanced and slightly open stance in the box; utilizes a short leg lift trigger for timing. Low effort stroke with fast hands and barrel through the zone, handsy stroke and can continue to implement additional lower half. Comfort working to the middle of the field and showed consistent barrel skills, carry off fo the barrel when squared. Very good student. Named to South Dominican Republic Top Prospect List.
