2023 High School All State Select Championship (2026-2027 Grads)
Miguel Leon is a 2026 SS/2B with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Bel Air, MD who attends John Carroll. High waisted young build with good length and plenty of physical projection remaining. Right handed hitter, hits from a tall stance with a high hand load, strides into contact and rotates hard, aggressive swing with very good raw bat speed, has good rhythm to his swing to go with the violence, ball comes off the barrel hard, mostly line drive contact. Primary middle infielder on defense, has some bounce to his actions and some quickness, can get his glove down earlier, comfortable changing his arm angle. Bat stood out. Excellent student, verbal commitment to Maryland.
