John Riley is a 2013 C/3B with a 6-1 200 lb. frame from San Jose, CA who attends Willow Glen HS. Strong athletic build, fairly mature physically. 7.00 runner, good actions behind the plate, stays compact, quick release, accurate throws, 1.95 best pop time. Right handed hitter, strong swing, line drive swing, barrel stays on the ball a long time, consistent hard gap to gap contact, sees the ball very well, flashes pull power, polished hitter. Very good student.
