You don't always get defensive plays captured on video, so hopefully my description does his play justice as 2029 Tristan Brown (Santa Ana, California) was truly a menace in the outfield in the opening games of the tournament. A prototypical lead off hitter who possesses some foot speed and barrel accuracy -finished with a .333 average-, Brown was a standout defender in center field as he made web gem type plays in back-to-back games, robbing sure extra-bases and saving multiple runs from hitting the scoreboard. The first play for Brown saw the range be put on full display as he immediately dropped back and sprinted full speed, reaching back to make an over-the-shoulder catch on a ball most his age wouldn't get to. As if that wasn't enough, the next play was even bigger as he again took a drop step back, this time racing more towards the gap before leaving his feet, fully extended b
