East Memorial Day Scout Notes: Day 1-2

Lochlan Radloff (2024, Bradenton, Fla.) was an impressive two-way prospect for Knights Knation Florida as he collected three hits out of the leadoff spot and also pitched an impressive outing during the series. Radloff stands at 5-foot-11, 160 pounds with lots of present quick twitch athleticism and room for additional size. The left-handed swing is loose and whippy as he really extends nicely through contact. Radloff lasered one in his first at-bat for a loud line out and was able to find the barrel often as the game went on. The athletic swing coupled with the profile is strong and he was also up to 85 mph on the bump and struck out seven batters to offer two-way intrigue for the primary pitcher.



Game one of bracket play over at 5-Plex for the 17u age group featured a very strong pitching matchup between X Team’s Pavlos Piperakis (2023, Pembroke Pines, Fla.) and the Florida Burn’s Aidan Knaak (2023, Fort Myers, Fla.) that only resulted in one run throughout all seven innings.
