Alex Jaffee is a 5'9/170 2005 OF from El Paso, TX, with a nice collection of tools that play very well at the college level. He has good strength and uses it well in generating bat speed with wood. Jaffee took a very good batting practice, showing a short swing with some power, especially to right centerfield. The ball came off his bat very well in games, too. Jaffee has sub 7.0 speed in the 60, and a big league average throwing arm in the outfield. Jaffee played the game hard and carried himself like a ball player as well. He is a very high level player. Alex is an excellent student.
