At 5 foot 10 and 185 pounds Harrow has a good build to develop into a college power pitcher. And he flashes the pitchability needed to do it. His 79-81 mph fastball came from a high three quarter arm slot and he showed his attacker mentality on the hill. He also showed a 62-66 mph curve and 67-71 mph change-up. The curve was a 12-6 type that had batters out front and the change showed as potentially his best out pitch. He can throw to the mitt well and was selected onto the Top Prospect team.
