Robert Haynes is a 2008 RHP/SS with a 5'11'', 150 lb. frame from Palmdale CA, who attends Quartz Hill. Haynes has a medium sized frame with a thin lean build. Haynes pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a good arm action. He ahs good arm speed and pitches with a low effort delivery. Haynes throws an 11/5 curveball with good spin. He also throws a change-up with sink. Haynes throws 3 pitches for strikes and is consistently around the zone. At the plate, Haynes has a good approach and usees his hands well in his swing. He stays on the outside pitch well and can drive it to the opposite field well. Defensively, Haynes has solid actions with arm strength across the diamond. Outstanding student.
