Daniel Ferry is a 2006 catcher/outfielder from The Christian Academy in West Chester, Pennsylvania, with a 5'10"/175 pound frame. As a catcher, he has quick feet behind the plate with a good transfer on his throws. Ferry has a strong arm at 73 mph and made accurate throws with a 2.07 pop time. At the plate, he hits from an open stance with a no stride approach. Daniel is a right handed hitter with quick hands and he generates very good bat speed. He is a line drive hitter that makes consistent hard contact at the plate. He showed good raw power and had several hits in game action.
