William Cullen is a 2010 LHP/OF with a 5'8'', 148 lb. frame from Colonial Heights, VA who attends Thomas Dale. William has a lean athletic build with room to add strength. He is a very good athlete that has two-way potential at the highest college level. On the mound William throws from a low 3/4 arm slot with good arm speed and nice life. His best pitch is a very tight 1 to 7 curveball. He is a little high effort at this point and could stand to tone his delivery some. At the plate William stays inside the baseball well with quick hands and showed the ability to turn a ball around easily. He has good hand eye coordination and his offensive upside is high. In the outfield William has good range and very clean actions and footwork. William is a strong student that should become a highest-level college prospect in the next few years.

William Cullen is a 2011 LHP/OF that attends Thomas Dale HS in Cononial Heights, VA with a 5'6", 135 lb. frame. William has a athletic build for his age and showed a lot of upside at the event. At the plate William shows very good bat speed and pop for his age. He lifts the ball easily and looks like he is a couple of years older than he is. His potential is very high at the plate and his name should be making the rounds in a few years. In the outfield Wiliam showed off a very strong arm (78) for his age with a solid release. Despite being one of the youngest players at the event William had one of the fastest 60-yard dash times. (7.22) On the mound William threw from a high 3/4 arm slot with a very advanced feel for pitching. William has nice cut action on his fastball and really changes speeds well. He has a good straight change up and a plus two-plane 1 to 7 CB. William played like a kid that was much older than he age indicated. He will be a player that should easily play college baseball and based on how much he improves could see some time in pro ball.
