He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with long and loose arm action and very good arm speed. Adami has a balanced and online delivery and a downward plane to the plate. He has a very good fastball at 88 mph and we've seen him up to 91. He has a solid 11-4 breaking curveball at 73 mph. Alex has good arm speed on his changeup with late movement and it is a strikeout pitch. Adami hits from a straight stance with solid bat speed. He has strength and leverage in his swing. Alex is a top level 2008 prospect.
