Eric Moskowitz is a 2009 3B/P from John Glenn HS, residing in East Northport, New York, with a 5'10"/160 pound frame. Moskowitz has a medium sized frame with a thin lean build. Defensively, Moskowitz throws with a long arm action across the diamond with developing arm strength. He has soft hands when fielding the ball and moves to the baseball well. He showed solid range with some body control. At the plate, Moskowitz starts with a straight stance and uses a long load to start his swing. He takes a long stride which causes some balance issues at contact. Moskowitz looks to pull the baseball and swings on a flat swing plane. He makes consistent contact and will benefit from strength gains. Moskowitz is a very good student.
