Adrian Morales is a 2006 middle infielder/third baseman from Miami, FL with high hips and a lean build at 5-9, 160 lbs. Defensively, he has quick actions and decent arm strength at 76 mph across the infield. He hits from a closed stance and he stays closed throughout the swing. He has quick hands and a nice opposite field approach. He has an aggressive attacking swing with good bat speed. He centers on the ball well and makes solid hard contact on almost every swing. He hit well in batting practice and he hit even better during the games. He is a gamer and he will play middle infield at the next level. Adrian is a good student.
