Alan Kramer is a 2008 RHP/3B with a 6'1'', 145 lb. frame from Peyton, CO who attends Falcon HS. He has a tall, thin frame with minimal present strength. Kramer has a slow paced delivery and spends lots of time over the rubber. His back side ends up collapsing and he falls off hard to the first base on release. This throws his balance and release all off and prevents him from showing any command or consistency with his pitches. Kramer threw 74-76 mph with most of his fastball sup in the zone. His curveball was a soft 59-61 and he showed better control of his curveball than his fastball. Kramer needs to make a lot of adjustments to his delivery to take the next step. He is a good student.

Alan Kramer is a 2008 RHP/SS with a 6'1'', 141 lb. frame from Peyton CO, who attends Falcon HS. He has a slender, young build and hasn't started to add strength yet. Kramer throws from an on line delivery and a high 3/4's release point. His arm works well and he maintains a good downhill angle to the plate on his pitches. Kramer's fastball was 74-75 mph with some tailing action. His curveball was 62 mph with a short slider type of break. He also threw a few 68 mph change ups. Kramer was most effective pitching down in the strike zone but often had trouble getting over his front side and left his pitches up. Kramer's arm works well and he should continue to add velocity as he adds strength. He is a good student.

Alan Kramer is a 2008 RHP/SS with a 6'0'', 137 lb. frame from Peyton, CO, who attends Falcon HS. Kramer is a younger prospect with a lean and projectable frame. On the mound he throws from a 3/4 arm slot with a slight hook on the back side. Kramer has a balanced delivery and stays online to the play. His fastball topped out at 72 mph with late life, and he mixed in a changeup at 60 mph. Kramer has good tempo on the mound working quickly and keeping his defense in the game. He also showed solid control of his pitches. At the plate he is a right handed hitter who hits from an upright stance with a narrow base. He gets his foot down early and has a line drive swing plane. During the showcase games Kramer showed good range to his left while playing second base.
