Michael Victory is a 2008 RHP/3B from Westford Academy, residing in Westford, Massachusetts, with a 6'5"/200 pound frame. Michael has a tall and lean frame. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with clean arm action and solid mechanics. Victory uses some effort in his delivery and needs to be more consistent with his mechanics. His fastball has life at 81 mph and he mixes pitches well. He has a solid splitter with sink at 69 mph and a big 11-5 curveball at 64 mph. Michael hits from a slightly closed stance with a line drive swing plane. He has solid hands and makes consistent contact. His swing gets long and the barrel drags through the zone at times. Victory has long arm action from the outfield at 71 mph. He has an accurate arm and solid footwork defensively. He needs to improve his arm strength and be smoother in the outfield. Michael is a good student.

Michael Victory is a 2008 RHP/3B with a 6'5'', 200 lb. frame from Westford, MA who attends Westford Academy. He has a tall, slopped shouldered build and some strength potential. Victory has a tall delivery with some backward lean in his delivery and some fall off to the first base side on release. He didn't repeat his release point very consistently but did drop down to low 3/4's a couple of times by intent to provide some deception. Victory's fastball was 80-82 mph and frequently showed cutting action because of his falling off and getting on the side of it. He definitely has some slider potential with some coaching. Victory's breaking ball was a mid 60's curveball that had good downer shape but lacked power. He's working on a change up. Victory missed up in the zone a lot because of his mechanics but worked quickly and competed. There is more in his arm if he's able to gain some strength and make some mechanical adjustments. Victory is also a very good student.
