Tyler Ebersole is a 2007 3B/1B/OF that attends West Chester East HS and resides in West Chester, PA with a 6'1", 185 lb. frame. Tyler has a strong athletic build with some nice raw hitting tools. At the plate Tyler has an easy swing and showed the ability to drive the ball consistently. Suprisingly Tyler gets very little out of his lower half. Once he gets his whole body into his swing Tyler will really see his power production pick up. In the field Tyler looks to project best at first base. He has clean actions but his arm strength is a little limiting at this point. Tyler is a kid that will attract attention from many smaller college programs.

At the plate Tyler has a line-drive swing plane and makes consistent solid contact. His swing will get a little long at times and he needs to work on keeping his hands inside the ball more. In the field Tyler best projects at second base. He has clean actions but his arm strength is a little limited at this point. Tyler is a player that should attract the attention of many small college programs.
