Tucker Nathans is a 2007 MIF from the Salisbury School in Warwick, NY with a 6'0", 180 lb. frame. Tucker has a solid athletic build. At the plate Tucker showed good raw hitting tools with solid bat speed. Right now, Tucker is too long to the ball, but he could improve greatly if he works on getting his hands inside the ball. In the field Tucker has good side-to-side movement with solid arm strength. Tucker has the raw athletic ability to be a solid mid-level college prospect.

Tucker Nathans is a 2007 MIF with a 6'0'', 180 lb. frame from Warwick NY, who attends Salisbury School. Nathans has a medium sized frame with a lean athletic build. Defensively, Nathans has a live body and moves to the ball well. He has good footwork and plays through the ball well. He has nice hands and can really pick it. He has a longer release and has good body control. He has solid arm strength with carry. At the plate, Nathans starts with a straight stance with a wide base. He has a quiet approach in the box and has a good load. He uses a high stride and has a slight hitch in his hands. He maintains good balance through his swing and the barrel stays in the hitting zone a long time. Nathans has a level swing path and gets good extension. He has home run pop and good bat speed. The ball jumps off his bat and he will definitely hit at the next level. Nathans is a good student.

Tucker Nathans is a 2007 SS/P with a 6'0'', 170 lb. frame from Warwick NY, who attends Salisbury School. Tucker has a thin body with an athletic build. Tucker has good defensive actions at shortstop and has good arm strength across the infield (84 mph). He has good footwork defensively and has a good glove. At the plate Tucker starts with a wide stance and stays balanced through his swing. He has some loft in his swing and also has bat speed. Tucker has real solid hitting tools and has power potential in his swing. Tucker likes the ball on inner half of the plate and can really hit it with authority in that part of the zone. Tucker pitchers from a high 3/4 arm slot and has a quick delivery. We didn't seen an offspeed pitch out of Tucker at this event. Tucker was named to the Top Prospect Team and is a good student.
