Mario Sanchez is a 2015 1B/RHP with a 6-0 280 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends La Salle HS. Extra large build. Right handed hitter, simple swing approach from a open narrow stance, quick hands and generates bat speed, long and loose with extension out front, has lots of pull power, can crush balls over the plate. Surprisingly mobile athlete for his size on defense, makes all the plays, soft hands. Also pitched, compact arm action, over the top slot, early hand separation, fastball topped at 78 mph, uses his curveball as his out pitch. Good athlete who could be a nice player if he were to firm up his body.
