Andrew (AJ) Lionberger is a 2014 1B/OF with a 6-1 192 lb. frame from Austin, TX who attends James Bowie. Good projectable frame with a solid build. Has a large frame for his fielders to throw at when he's playing first base with good feet and an accurate arm. Showed good actions in the outfield with arm strength and his throws have carry to them. Has a crouched stance, high hands and an aggressive approach. Has a good swing with bat speed, does a good job of letting the ball travel at the plate with good extension through he ball. Drives the ball to the gaps, makes good line drive contact and has power potential. Is a very good student.
