Logan Ikerd is a 2015 LHP/1B with a 6-3 190 lb. frame from Keokuk, IA who attends Keokuk HS. Ikerd has a large frame with room to fill out and add strength. As a left handed pitcher he threw from an over the top arm angle with short arm action in the back with some deception in his delivery. Threw strikes and attacked the zone with his pitches. As a first baseman he showed good footwork with good arm strength and a good glove at first base. As a left handed hitter he showed a patient approach with a leg lift trigger and showed the ability to square up the ball with lift in his swing. Good Student.
