Garrett Horton is a 2015 C/1B with a 6-2 197 lb. frame from Oklahoma City, OK who attends Casady. Tall, strongly built, lean frame with room to add strength. Ran a 7.46 60 yard dash. Bats right-handed, works from a low hand set and carries them away from his body. Starts open and narrow. Has a flat, line drive swing path and has a good rhythm at the plate. Flashes solid bat speed and has an aggressive approach. Receives the ball well behind the plate and has solid arm strength. Gets the ball out quickly. Very good student.
