Alexander Kiel is a 2014 C/OF with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Mill Creek, WA who attends Henry M. Jackson HS. Kiel has a large-lean frame with room to fill out. As a catcher he had short arm action with a quick release and good footwork, playable arm strength. As a right handed hitter he hit from a square stance with a small leg lift trigger, high hands and a high back elbow. Line drive swing plane with a good bat path to the ball and good balance through his swing.
