KC Sandstrom is a 2007 RHP/C with a 6'1'', 185 lb. frame from West Valley City UT, who attends Hunter. Sandstrom has a good frame with a lean build. He has present strength. Sandstrom pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot with a good arm action. He has arm speed with workable mechanics. Sandstrom throws a very good curveball with 12/6 break and good spin and depth. His fastball has better velocity and life when he throws from a 3/4 arm slot. At the plate, Sandstrom has a good swing on a line drive path. He as quick hands with bat speed. Defensively, Sandstrom is quick behind the plate with a clean quick release. He has arm strength and runs well for a catcher. Good student.

KC Sandstrom is a 2007 RHP/C with a 6'1'', 185 lb. frame from West Valley City, UT who attends Hunter HS. KC has a well-developed athletic build and has good overall athletic ability. At the plate KC has a quick bat with good raw power and the ability to drive the ball from gap to gap. On the mound KC throws from a high 3/4 arm slot with a long loose arm action. He gets a nice downhill plane on his pitches with a solid curveball and a good feel for mixing pitches up. He is a little high effort and jerky in his delivery and could stand to tone down some. KC is a good student that should attract attention from many mid-level college programs.

KC Sandstrom is a 2007 RHP/C from Hunter HS in West Valley City, Utah, with a big and strong 6'1"/185 pound frame. KC Pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with loose arm action. He has good arm speed and a downward plane to the plate. Sandstrom moves his fastball in and out well at 85 mph and has a good 11-6 breaking curveball at 72 mph. KC hits from a straight stance with high hands and is an aggressive hitter. Sandstrom is an excellent student.
