Victor Tiscareno is a 2014 3B/C/RHP with a 5-10 197 lb. frame from Atwater, CA who attends Atwater HS. Thick strong build. Big windup to load with a lot of moving parts to swing. Difficult to time pitches with present mechanics but has good raw power, hammered one ball that registered at 87 mph off the bat in game. Would see better results from simplified hitting approach, allowing strength to play more frequently. Solid 3B actions, maintains balance well through throwing motion. Pitches from a three quarter arm slot, good depth on curveball, hides the ball well in his delivery, threw a lot of strikes.
