David Lehman is a 2006 RHP/OF from Palo Verde HS in Las Vegas, NV, with a 6'1", 170 lb. frame. Lehman was a fun kid to watch pitch. He doesn't overpower hitters, but he hits his spots and keeps the hitters off balance with his 53 mph curveball. Lehman had control of all of his pitches and had some arm side life to his fastball with some sink. He retired the first 6 hitters he faced, and allowed only 1 hit and 0 runs or walks in his three innings of work. The one runner who reached didn't do anything as Lehman showed the ability to hold the runner close. Lehman doesn't do anything to blow hitters away, he just throws strikes and get hitters out. He knows how to pitch.
