Brendan Donovan is a 2015 SS/3B with a 6-0 185 lb. frame from Enterprise, AL who attends Enterprise. Large frame, lean athletic build. Hits from an open stance, calm approach in the box, leg kick timing mechanism, short to the ball with a line drive swing plane, rotational swing with good bat speed, whips the barrel through the hitting zone. Power potential, doesn't create loft for over the fence power (yet) but has the tools to develop into a power threat eventually. Hammered a ball that registered at 85 mph off the bat during game action. Solid arm strength, good 3B actions, solid footwork. Very good student.
