Jose Agosto is a 2012 RHP with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Gurabo, PR. Long loose slender build, projects physically. On line delivery, full easy arm action, high 3/4's slot, works downhill. Fastball topped at 86 mph, steady velocity at 84-85 mph, good sink when fastball is down, inconsistent fastball release and misses up frequently. Soft big curveball thrown for strikes, change up is best off speed pitch and could be thrown more often. Should add velocity in the future as he gets stronger.
