Gerald Collazo is a 2014 OF with a 5-9 155 lb. frame from Caguas, PR who attends Coral Glades HS. Young slender build, has some wiry present strength with room for more. 6.96 runner, moves aggressively to the ball in the outfield, quick release on throws, accurate throws. Left handed hitter, square stance with a low hand start, upper cut swing plane, short path to the ball, looks to pull the ball and flashed surprising game power to right field, will need to learn to cover the outside half of the plate better.
