Anthony Martinez is a 2014 RHP with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Miami, FL who attends Christopher Columbus HS. Martinez has a medium sized frame with a thin lean build. He pitches from a 3/4 arm slot with a long loose arm action. His arm works well and has arm speed. He has an easy arm action and the ball comes out clean. Martinez has a balanced delivery and is inline at balance point. He pitches with lower effort and repeats his delivery well. Martinez gets run on his fastball and gets sink and run on his change up. His change up is a good pitch that will get swings and misses and ground balls. Martinez also throws an 11/5 curveball with good shape to it. Excellent student, named to Top Prospect Team.
