Cash Case is a 2017 SS/C with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Mt. Dora, FL who attends Montverde (FL) Academy. Young slender frame is athletic with room to fill out. Starts with a spread bent knee stance at the plate, high back elbow, good swing path, contact approach at the plate. Has a good swing, makes consistent contact, good swing mechanics, is short to the ball, squares the ball up to all fields. In the infield has good mechanics up the middle of the field, good actions, soft hands, quick release, does a good job of getting to the ball, will add velocity as he gets stronger. Is an outstanding student.
