Proctor has a lean projectable build, hits from a square narrow base, aggressive hitter, stays inside ball, shows bat speed, will develop more consistent bat speed as he develops and matures at plate, makes good contact, defensively, smooth actions, loose projectable arm, feet work well, also pitches, short arm action to high 3/4 arm slot, hip turn at balance, fastball has arm side run, velocity projects, clean delivery, flashes a low 70's 11/5 curveball and a split/change in the mid 70's, good upside as 2 way prospect, named to top prospect team.
