Colin Miner is a 2013 C/ with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from San Antonio, TX who attends Reagan. Tall, athletic build, has some present strength but still looks projectable. Ran a 7.19 60 yard. Flashes impressive raw arm strength behind the plate, footwork needs some improvement, has the arm and arm action to play the position. Right-handed hitter, toe tap trigger, shows good bat speed, hits off his back leg, line drive swing path. Aggressive hitter, shows some pull side power potential, hits consistent line drives. Excellent student.

Strong arm, clean arm action, good arm speed, tends to rush throws, has tools for fast pop time than the solid 1.99 time he posted in the workout. Has lift in his swing, muscles the ball, raw power potential, doesn't transfer weight through baseball enough to unlock raw power yet but will be able to do so as he learns to do so. Good student.
