Matt Tabor is a 2016 MIF/ with a 5-4 103 lb. frame from Westford, MA who attends Westford Academy. He is a very young and developing right now, but he is a gamer and plays the game the right way. In the field during the workout he showed good smooth actions, fields the ball out front, quick transfer and release, with a low ¾ arm slot. His arm isn’t quite strong enough yet, but we see the potential to improve. At the plate, Tabor has a line drive swing plane, with good balance, solid hitting mechanics, and battles at the plate. He is also a good student.
